FRDC was officially inaugurated on the 1st /Feb /2007 by His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the president of the republic of Uganda.
OUR VISION.
A society where all vulnerable children live to their full rights and participate in all areas of socio-Economic Development.
OUR MISSION
To ensure all children with disabilities and other vulnerable children in Northern Uganda are fully integrated and reintegrated into their communities through rehabilitation, education and psychosocial support.
MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Its a very exciting moment for FRDC not only for making it through 2007, in its first year of existance, but also for taking the lead in providing the much-needed physiotherapy services in Northern Uganda. FRDC is commited to the holistic development, rehabilitation, integration and reintegration of the three categories of children it serves;
Children with disabilities ( CWDs ), Formerly Abducted Children ( FAC ) and street children
